My Mental Health Experience: Real Stories. No Filters.

This platform goes beyond surface level conversations. We talk about what it’s actually like to live with conditions like paranoid schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, and more. We don’t stop at the label. We talk about the emotional weight, the physical toll, and the moments that feel unbearable.

Sean’s own story is part of that. He’s lived through paranoid schizophrenia. He’s been detained under the Mental Health Act. He knows what it’s like to lose his freedom to be locked in wards, isolated in seclusion, cut off from the world. He remembers not being able to walk to the shop, not seeing daylight, not knowing when he’d see his loved ones again.

This is the reality of mental health care in the UK. And it’s not talked about enough. Sean’s not here to soften it he’s here to be real. For those who’ve lived it. For those still in it. For anyone who’s ever felt completely alone.

But this isn’t just about pain. It’s also about hope.

Sean made it through. Others have, too. And by telling these stories raw, painful, and true we hope someone out there feels seen, heard, and a little less alone.

This is My Mental Health Experience.
This is Sean’s story.
And we’re telling it like it is
